Use of the website

Journey To Mexico provides travel information, planning resources, comparisons, interactive tools and links to third-party services. You may use the site for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

You agree not to interfere with the site’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that materially burdens our systems, impersonate another person, or use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

Travel information is informational

Content on Journey To Mexico is provided for general informational and planning purposes. It is not legal, immigration, medical, financial, safety or other professional advice. We try to keep information useful and current, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete, error-free or current at the moment you rely on it.

You are responsible for checking passports, visas, entry rules, health requirements, weather, road conditions, local laws, attraction rules, insurance needs and other material details with authoritative sources before making travel decisions.

Bookings and third-party services

Journey To Mexico does not itself operate the hotels, tours, transportation services, attractions or booking platforms that may be linked from the site unless a page clearly says otherwise. When you click through to a third party, any booking, payment, cancellation, refund, service issue or contract is between you and that third party under its own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for a third party’s availability, pricing, descriptions, performance, cancellations, changes, acts or omissions.

Affiliate relationships and advertising

Advertising, sponsorship or affiliate relationships do not transfer responsibility for a third party’s products or services to Journey To Mexico.

Interactive tools and recommendations

Destination finders, hotel selectors, activity finders, scores, comparisons and other interactive features are planning aids. Results may be generated from editorial criteria, user selections and site data, but they are not guarantees that a destination, hotel, activity or itinerary is suitable for every traveler.

You remain responsible for evaluating the recommendations against your own needs, budget, mobility, risk tolerance and travel circumstances.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the original text, site design, graphics, tools, databases, organization and other original material on Journey To Mexico are owned by or licensed to Journey To Mexico and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may link to our pages and quote brief portions for commentary or reference where permitted by law and with appropriate attribution. You may not republish substantial portions of the site, reproduce our tools or databases, remove proprietary notices, or use our material to create a competing copy of the site without written permission.

Messages and submitted content

If you send a correction, suggestion, photograph, testimonial or other material, you represent that you have the right to send it. Unless we separately agree otherwise, sending material does not require us to publish it. Do not send confidential or proprietary material through general contact channels.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Journey To Mexico harmless from claims, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

Changes and availability

We may update, remove, correct or reorganize content and features at any time. We may also update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the site after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by applicable United States law and, where permitted, the laws of the jurisdiction in which Journey To Mexico is operated, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you are not waived by this section.
